Attorney Sean Munger focuses on criminal defense and domestic relationship cases. Some domestic relationship practice areas of focus include divorce, child custody, asset division development of parenting plans, and modifications of existing orders.
Sean earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Framingham State University and his Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School. At Suffolk Law School, Sean represented clients as a 3:03 Certified Student Attorney in probate matters with the Family Advocacy Clinic (FAC) as well as landlord tenant matters with the Accelerator to Practice Clinic. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sean was an intelligence analyst in the United States Marine Corps and a Police Officer.
As a Marine, Sean did two deployments that brought him from the halls of Mosul International Airport, Iraq, to the shores of Liberia, and many places in between. From his training and real world experience he learned analytical skills to process confusing information and present it in an understandable and useful manner. As an attorney, Sean strives to continue to turn confusing legal issues into understandable matters so the client can make sound decisions on how to handle their case.
As a Police Officer, Sean responded to calls and conducted numerous investigations. He was exposed to the law enforcement and prosecutorial facet of the criminal justice system. From his time as a police officer he learned that people make mistakes and those mistakes can have detrimental life consequences. As an attorney, Sean will be your zealous advocate to help you through the difficult times that are often created by legal matters.
When not working Sean enjoys time with his family, fishing and traveling.
